Progress Report #1


Hello! Welcome to the development page for Twin Dimensions.

We've been focusing on the interplay between the physical and digital worlds and making sure this translates well in our story as well as the core game mechanics. The proof of concept video shows a basic tutorial level to demonstrate the type of puzzle and interaction you can expect from the game. The puzzle mechanics and levels will be more complicated as we move forward but the core mechanic involves switching between the two worlds and controlling both characters in order to solve related puzzles and progress through the lab. The creative brief provides an outline of what we are planning to do as well as the background information, character lore, and concept art. 

Core implemented mechanics:
- Switching between the 2D/3D worlds and maintaining the game state
- 2D and 3D player movement
- 2D box pushing puzzle mechanics
- 3D object collection mechanics
